Introduction:

Stakeholder expectations of how companies will carry out their operations have never been higher. In the past, an organisation might have focused almost exclusively on its own operation and business. Nowadays governments, communities and other stakeholders expect their share of the rewards. They expect to see some social or economic benefit from the distribution, processing, extraction, or other productive functions that the company is involved in.
 

There are quite amount of reasons for companies to understand, analyse, and mitigate negative impacts from their business operations, and they are expected to go further and create significant positive outcomes for the community.
This workshop will assist attendees in learning about how to adopt new and better sustainable business practices to increase the social responsibility of their organisations.

This practical course will have a combination of slide presentations, video analysis and case studies to make it learning that candidates shall be able to take it back to their workplace for implementation.
