Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a worldwide standard and a proven technique used in the manufacturing and service industry, especially for process control and quality improvement initiatives. Its worldwide usage, recommended by Quality Management Gurus, creates huge impact to any organization’s quality and process control successes.
This course provides the foundational skills and tools necessary for quality improvement personnel, such as Quality Managers/Engineers, QCC/Project Team Leaders and LEAN Practitioners who need a good grasp of the foundational statistical principles, concepts and best practices of SPC to execute correctly the process improvement projects in their daily work. This is also a foundational course for LEAN Six Sigma initiatives.
