Before any continuous improvement activities or projects can be carried out, a base line needs to be established through data collection. In order to ensure the validity of the data, we need to quantify how precise & accurate our measurement system is. This course introduces the participant to measurement systems analysis (MSA) studies. Participants are taught to perform MSA analysis & interpretation using Minitab.
