Introduction:

When faced with a problem, we have to make a decision and find a solution. There is a step-by-step method for Creative Thinking to come to a decision or the solution. This course uses the Brainstorming, Mind Mapping and Multivoting tools for Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making.

At the end of the programme, participants will have a more profound understanding and knowledge of the following areas: -​

• Be familiar with common mental blocks to creative thinking process.

• Explore ways to be more creative.
