Course Objectives:
use a structured approach to identify and contain problem, analyze potential root cause(s) and establish appropriate action plan
utilize data analysis tools and validation methods
evaluate and develop cost effective solutions
instill problem prevention mindset
Training Methodology:
The course will be taught based on concepts and underlying principles of effective problem solving, supporting with application examples, case studies as well as group discussions. As and when required, simulations and exercises on RCA tools to further enhance their comprehension on the topic.
Prerequisites:
The course required participants to form work teams prior attending the training, and bring in relevant data and information as client case study.
