Emergency preparedness is a critical component of workplace safety, particularly for high-risk industries. The Malaysian Standard MS2735:2021 provides a structured framework for the organization of Emergency Response Teams (ERT) and the development of Incident Action Plans (IAP). This two-day coaching series is designed to equip safety practitioners with the knowledge and skills to develop an effective IAP for one crisis situation and assess the readiness of CMT in a table-top exercise (TTX). This practical training will include interactive sessions, case studies, and role-playing scenarios that will enhance participants' ability to respond effectively to emergencies. By the end of the series, attendees will feel confident in their capacity to implement their IAP and evaluate the performance of the Crisis Management Team during the table-top exercise.

Course Objectives:
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
I. Develop and implement one Incident Action Plan (IAP) based on Crisis Management Plan.
II. Enhance coordination and communication during emergency situations.
III. Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994.
