This course combines the usage of PivotTable together with Formulas and several Graphical tools to create a highly interactive and analytical Excel Dashboard report which allows dynamic data filtering and live updates.

Course Objectives:
By the end of the course, participant will be able to:
Build a flexible PivotTable.
Analyze data using PivotTable.
Customize the statistical and KPI calculation for PivotTable.
Create interactive dashboard with useful PivotTable features.
Pre-requisites:
Have attended Microsoft Excel Level 3 (Advanced), Formulas & Functions or able to perform the following:
- Cell Formatting and AutoFill.
- Common Formulas & Functions:
Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division.
SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, SUMIF, AVERAGEIF, COUNTIF.
IF, IFERROR, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP.
Referencing Relative and Absolute data.
- Applying and using Names.
- Creating and Formatting a Table
- Inserting and Formatting Charts.
Who Should Attend:
This course is suitable for users who frequently perform data crunching, analysis and graphical reports such as Sales and Production; as well as users who wish to enhance their Excel knowledge.

This training will be conducted through interactive presentation, practical exercises and group assignments.

Insert Graphics to provide a visual view of a PivotTable.
Insert Visual Filtering tools to create an Interactive Dashboard report.
